When it came time to sit down and start writing, I knew the book needed to have three essential qualities. First, it had to be a book I would want to read and, even more importantly, that I would like to reread. Second, I didn’t want fluff. I wanted to ensure the book was applicable while still covering high-level topics. Third, the book had to be written to help leaders, governments, and investors grasp the essential elements to make intelligent, informed, and enlightened decisions. Yet it still needed to be written so that it would be accessible by anyone interested in developing a future designed to thrive in the Era of Artificial General Intelligence.

Hence, I set out to do that with this book, which has yet to be titled. The title is the least important at the start of the book; it is essential to stack the content first to provide value to the world first, and then the title will undoubtedly reveal itself.

The book is slated to come out in 2025. I’m working on it through the 2023 holiday season with the help of my loving wife, Laura, who has proofread everything I’ve written for almost ten years since we started in San Francisco. I’m doing this, we’re doing this, because we believe there is something to be said that the world should have the chance to hear.

This is our attempt to make a little dent in the world and nudge the world in the direction we hope it goes. Where all of us have the chance and opportunity to thrive in this new era of hyper-change and where we all might create a world we’d all love to live in.
