Final Course Dot Collector - Applied AI 2025
You will help grade your classmates' work, and the quality of your insights will also be used to calculate your grade.
Rest assured, your name and comments will be kept confidential and not shared with your classmates. But they will be used by an AI system for analysis.
During our sessions together, we learned something about the need for individuals to exercise autonomy and have a degree of transparency depending on the specific situation.
In any company or portfolio firm of mine, the goal is not for C-level or Senior Managers to have the sole authority over staff members, project proposals, or issues under consideration. We strive for a shared understanding where everyone in the room plays a vital role in interpreting and understanding the information we receive in real-time, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Every employee and team member builds a score over time that is used to help them improve in receiving and giving thoughtful feedback. While you won't have a score that follows you over your career, this is an opportunity to share your insights on what is presented so that data can be used to formulate grades more comprehensively and holistically, ensuring greater fairness, less bias, more transparency, and explainability in how grades were calculated.
Your insights are not just valuable; they are integral to the learning process. This also allows you to show what you have learned during our sessions together, thoughtfully on the spot.
To provide your insights, please complete the form on this page for each presentation and submit it with your information. Remember, for your submission to count, it must be within 10 minutes of the presentation ending.
Your insights are instrumental in determining the final grade of your classmate's presentations and your final grade. Each response will be evaluated based on the quality of the insights, the relevance to the course material, and the value they offer.
These factors, along with those of your group team members, will collectively contribute to your final score, underscoring the value of your contributions.
Useful hint #1: Scoring all of your classmates' presentations with a perfect score will not help them, nor will it help you, because that score likely diverges significantly from my score. The closer you are to my score of their presentation across all questions and final point assessment, the better your final grade will be. You need to be very critical and analytical in your assessment of their presentation, and show that you have prepared to advise a CEO, Board, or high-level executive effectively.
Useful Hint #2: If you miss voting for any of the presentations, that will impact your final grade.
Remember, AI and HR are about empowering all people to have a fair chance at the life they deserve and have worked hard to achieve. As business leaders, you must build the capacity to protect all people’s futures in the same way that you would want to be protected.
